Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder (whey or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (or flax seeds)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon (optional brain-boosting add-in)

  • Add ice cubes for a thicker texture or a splash more milk for a thinner consistency.
  • Pour into a tall glass or shaker bottle. Drink immediately or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Notes

• Make it vegan by using plant-based protein and maple syrup.
• Boost focus with a pinch of turmeric or a few spinach leaves for added brain-supporting nutrients.
• Prep smoothie packs in advance by portioning ingredients into freezer bags.
