Chicken and Egg Breakfast Skillet

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3-4 eggs
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fried or roasted diced potatos
- 1/2 cup diced zucchini
- 1/2 cup bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
Heat olive oil in a skillet or a pan on medium heat.
Toss in chicken, stir for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Add onions, diced tomato, zucchini, bell peppers, and saute until softened
Add fried potatos
