Grilled Chicken Breakfast Wrap

A delicious chicken breakfast burrito filled with scrambled eggs, diced chicken, cheese, and fresh vegetables, wrapped in a warm tortilla

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup grilled or cooked chicken, sliced
  • 2-3 scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 whole-wheat or low-carb tortilla
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp salsa or hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Warm the tortilla in a dry pan.
  • Layer scrambled eggs, grilled chicken, bell peppers, avocado, and cheese.
  • Drizzle with salsa or hot sauce.
  • Fold the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  • Toast in a skillet for a crispy finish.
